Tamiya is excited to announce the launch of the Porsche 911 GT3 (992) as a 1/10 scale R/C model kit, built upon our popular TT-02 chassis. This assembly kit showcases the 7th generation of the Porsche 911 GT3, featuring a double-wishbone front suspension instead of the MacPherson strut found in previous models, as well as a horizontally opposed 6-cylinder engine. The vehicle's performance has been significantly enhanced through its lightweight and aerodynamic design. The use of carbon fiber reinforced plastic for the front hood, a first for production vehicles, contributes to its lightweight construction. Additionally, the hanging type wing stay delivers improved downforce and reduced drag.
